Two more rounds to go

Only two more rounds to go!  Chemo went well on Wednesday.  The port is still working well and I didn’t have a reaction to the Taxol.

Today the achiness and pain is really starting to set in.  The good news is that I didn’t have to get a Neulasta shot after chemo because my white blood cell count was at a good level.  Neulasta can add to the bone, muscle and joint pain.  So I hope that by not having the shot I won’t be so uncomfortable this time around.

I see an end in sight.  Thank you for your prayers, help, concern, thoughts, emails, etc.  They mean so much to me.

Have a great weekend!

    Dear Lindy,
We are thankful for the good news of your white blood cell count being at a good level. I’m no doctor, but it seems like that is a very good thing. And as a Christian, I thank God for His answers to prayer, however they come. Now, as a new round of Chemo runs through your body, remember that God’s healing touch is also running through your body. We hope, pray, and trust that you feel His presence penetrating your every cell, and guiding your every thought, bringing peace to your spirit. Our love & prayers go on & on & on…

Had a wonderful time with Brooklyn last night and today. She is wise beyond her years. Such a sensitive little girl.
I’m thankful that you didn’t need the Neulasta shot this time….God willing you will begin to feel better in a couple of days and you will have a few good days before the next treatment.
Boldly praying for your complete healing!
    Love you all!!

    hi Lindy!

I was thinking of you yesterday morning (as I do always) as I was reading my devotions…One of my favorite stories in the Bible is 2 Chronicles 20: 1-30… Focus on verses 15-17, and then the best is vs. 24. I know God will get you through this…we are praying for you constantly!! I can only imagine the days of questioning, frustration, sadness, etc. but I know that you know that God is bigger than all that, so hold on very tight to Him.

Hi Lindy, If you need any help once school starts, I have mornings open. Roman and Brooklyn in kindergarten. Hard to believe.
I was being nosey last night and looking for the laps for Lindy info. Is Clair or anyone else taking for pledges?
